However, cleanliness could use improvement, as bedsheets weren’t properly secured and slippers were missing. The parking charge added to the frustration, especially given the expansive lots nearby. Despite some hiccups, the overall enjoyment of the stay and the convenient distance to attractions made it worthwhile.

Our family had a great stay for one night. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids, and we loved the surprise view of the fireworks from our room. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit, adding to the homey atmosphere of the place.

Woke up to breathtaking views of the river, and the cozy seating area made mornings special. The hospitality was top-notch throughout our stay.

The price tag felt a bit steep especially since breakfast wasn't included. Additionally, our room lacked basic amenities like water bottles and enough shampoo for three people, which felt a little tight. Not to mention, a significant delay in credit card reimbursements left a sour note on an otherwise decent check-out experience.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved how close we were to hiking trails and the falls. The location is perfect for exploring restaurants and other activities. Rooms were super clean and comfy. Just a heads up, the A/C may not cool as much as you'd like, but overall, a great stay with a beautiful view.

The hotel was very clean and every corner looked spotless! We had a nice falls view from the 16th floor. The bed was comfy, and amenities included flat-screen TV, fridge, and air conditioning. The indoor pool and sauna were relaxing. Enjoyed fresh pastries at breakfast but the sausages weren’t great. Staff was polite and prompt.
